Head of Rafik Hariri University Hospital Dr. Firass Abiad on Tuesday warned that the coronavirus beds in the Lebanese hospitals are almost full, saying that one should remain positive, focused and hold on.
“Can we find a compromise solution? but It will require all three, the authorities, the businesses and the community, to significantly improve their performance. It is a big request,” Abiad said in a series of tweets.
“More than 10% of the tests that are being conducted are positive,” he added, saying that the country’s weekly death rate is higher that the global average.
