“Is it possible that the Lebanese State, with all its institutions and services, is unable to control the smuggling of fuel to Syria? Hankache asked on Twitter.
“Is it conceivable that the State is incapable to control what the journalists have documented and what the citizens have witnessed in their bare eyes?” he added.
“Is it possible to beg for gasoline at the stations where smuggling operations are taking place with the State's own knowledge? he asked.
